A czy mamy w ogóle jakieś szanse na klip Fragma - Tocas Miracle ale ten oryginał nie remake z 2008 roku? Próżno szukać klipu w sieci. Wyjaśnienie problemów z tym klipem jest następujące:

 

Coco Star, wokalistka z oryginalnej wersji Toca's Miracle zarzuciła duetowi Fragma, że nigdy nie zapłacili jej za wokale i tak ją urządzili, że nie dostaje także tantiemów. W z związku ze sporami sądowymi w tej sprawie dystrybucja singla jest mcono ograniczona. Oryginału nie usłyszymy w platformach streamingowych oraz nie kupimy w sklepach tj. iTunes. Nawet na discogs.com sprzedaż fizycznych kopii jest zablokowana. Sprawa tyczy się zarówno wersji z 2000 i 2008 roku. W zeszłym roku wydana została wersja z podmienionymi wokalami i ona jest dostępna m.in. na Spotify.

 

Akurat wersja z 2008 na Youtube nie jest blokowana, ale nie wiem dlaczego. Tak samo nie wiem czemu legalnie utwór można grać w TV i radiu, ale już ze sprzedażą są problemy.

Przy czym jeśli chodzi o ten klip, gdzie dziewczyny pykają w halóweczkę, to na pewno poszło w Dancefloor z 16.09.2023: https://archive.org/details/mtv-dancefloor-16-09-2023 (5 kolejno po Lasgo), jak pisali koledzy wyżej.

Natomiast nie pamiętam już która wersja poszła w Dancefloor z 28.10.2022 (tam też był ten klip).

Zauważyłem,że od wczoraj nie ma znowu kanału @schypsy Music Video Museum na youtubie

 

Czy znowu szeryf internetowy poluje na licencje?

 

To ciekawe,że tych klipów albo nie ma na yt wcale, albo są w fatalnej  jakości 240p , rozpixelowane. 

Z dźwiękiem jak ze studni.  Jednakże jeźdźcy apokalipsy praw autorskich niestrudzenie zrobią wszystko, żeby zdjąć cokolwiek, co jest w przyzwoitej jakości

 

Świat byłby o wiele lepszym miejscem gdyby nie było tych wszystkich źle zapisanych i nieadekwatnych do obecnych technologii licencji

Oraz  excela, w którym "jest na czerwono" i trzeba wszystko usunąć,żeby księgowi i CEO byli zadowoleni i z zachwytem patrzyli na zielone excele...

Bardzo fajne dzisiejsze wydania programów z muzyką klubową. Dzisiaj poleciały „Blaze - Lovelee Dae | 1997”, „BT - Remember [ESCM] | 1997”, ale również „808 State - Pacific 808:98 [808:88:98] | 1998”, czyli trzy bardzo przyjemne dla ucha kawałki

Według Wikipedii sprawa rozpoczęła się w 2010 r, i poszło głównie o wersję z 2008 r. Przynajmniej ja to tak rozumiem.
