Jak już było wcześniej wspomniane - za tydzień od 22:00 do 5:59 będzie "MTV All Nighter: Michael Jackson". O ile jestem sceptycznie nastawiony do tego cyklu przez zaliczoną totalną porażkę z eurodance, tutaj prawdopodobnie będzie wielkie wykopalisko od lat 60. Zaraz po śmierci Jacksona w 2009 r. MTV GER emitowało wielogodzinne bloki z tym artystą, częstokroć mi nieznane numery. Myślę, że będziemy mieli odtworzenie tych klipów sprzed lat.

Myślę, że nie ma co się zrażać jednym wydaniem, które poleciało kilka miesięcy temu, a obejmowało tak mało obszerny gatunek. Biorąc pod uwagę ostatnie wydania, zwłaszcza to z Classic Rock można się naprawdę na wiele zapomnianych perełek natknąć.

Mam nadzieję, że w tą sobotę będzie podobnie

Jutro tj. 1 grudnia, VIVA Germany gdyby istniała, to świętowałaby okrągłą rocznicę 30 lat - powstała dokładnie 1 grudnia 1993 roku.

Aż wierzyć nie chce się, że za chwilę minie 5 lat od jej likwidacji.

Z tego tytułu MTV Germany przygotowała na jutro blok poświęcony VIVIE:

14:00 - 15:00 MTV Collection: VIVA Forever

20:15 - 22:15 VIVA Forever: Die Show (2018)

 

Jutro oczywiście mocno wyczekiwane pasmo Dancefloor, PartyZone, Chill Out Zone. Być może do tych dwóch pierwszych pasm wpadnie sporo perełek kojarzonych z dawną VIVĄ - 30 lat jednak zobowiązuje...

 

Ostatnie wydanie Dancefloor - totalnie zmarnowana godzina z całkowitym pominięciem lat 90-tych.

Natomiast PartyZone wyśmienite! - same okrągłe rocznice - Westbam świętuje równe 40 lat swojej kariery jako DJ-a stąd genialny na samym początku "The Roof Is On Fire".

Następnie klimatyczny House Yazoo, a dalej już poleciały same petardy Techno/Rave - Plutone's Hands On Yello, Star Wash oraz przecudowny Eniac - "Planet Love" !!!

W dalszej kolejności już scena Rave w klimacie UK, którą miło oglądało się przypominając sobie wcześniejsze wydania PZ z Simone Angel.

A w całości dawali klipy? W 2009 r. wszystko szło bez żadnych cięć.

"Thriller", "Bad" i "You Rock My World" poleciały w pełnej wersji filmowej. Tak w ogóle, to udało im się zapełnić zdecydowaną większość z przeznaczonych na niego ośmiu godzin, więc myślę, że to wydanie można zaliczyć do udanych.

Ale posypało nowościami w COZ w tym tygodniu  W zeszłym była posucha i w PZ i w COZ, ale tym razem sobie odbiliśmy

I to po raz pierwszy od pojawienia się COZ w MTV GSE poszły w mojej ocenie przynajmniej trzy bardzo mocne perełki:

Taxi - Killer (Chocolate, 1998) - na YT zgrywka z MTV Europe

Olive - Outlaw (Extra Virgin, 1997) - tego klipu w całości nie było kompletnie nigdzie, na YT fragment i tu nagle cyk - przychodzi @That Fil i gra

Khan & Walker - Empire State Building (1997) - pt. 2, klasyka, na YT zgrywka z VIVY, ale pojawiła się tam ledwie 3 miesiące temu (na dość ciekawym kanale) - warto oglądać COZ do samego końca  

 

 

 

A w PZ SQ-1 (po raz pierwszy) i Warmduscher na początku.

 

PS: DJ niemiecki, teledysk wygląda, że kręcony w UK (Londyn), ale miernik polskości wskazuje wysokie wartości m.in. na tej klatce

Ostatnio coś słabiej - zdecydowanie za dużo w Dancefloor i PZ (2002 rok dominował w ostatnim zestawieniu)  tych utworów z lat 2000 a za mało unikatów/perełek z lat 90

I totally agree. Alternative Nation was amazing and very cool video selection were shown

Bravo to the Maestro indeed

 

It is the first time I saw Black Flag - "TV Party" video and it crack me up Fck YEAH!!! That is my favourite video of this week

Of course till Friday when we will be delighted on Friday Night with avant-garde gems

 

Regarding Happy Mondays.

I made a mistake. This video was released in 1990 not 1987.

 

I made a link to the 1987 year like in "Guess The Year" show that in 1987 MTV Europe Launched and I have found this video from MTV News report about it from 5th year anniverssary.

 

 

 

From New Year RockZone and Headbangers Ball, will be moved to Wednesday at midnight slot per tv info schedule

@musicradar as far as i understand Happy Mondays - Kinky Afro was released in 1990 maybe there could have been a completely different song that year

For me this is of course unexpected information that Rockzone & Headbangers Ball will move for Wednesday

 

the fact that they decided to remove the TV store is a plus, the minus is that for some reason all sorts of shows will be shown there, it would be better to just leave it all for Night Videos

 

p.s.

I have an assumption that on the night from Sunday to Monday they will add Alternative Nation

but these are just my guesses, we'll see
