Teeveeing has 30 German channels (actually 29 + Sixx Austria) for €10/month or €90/year. -
I use Zattoo for that. Although personally I would like to see it in some expat services, so we wouldn't need VPN.

I watch Deluxe Music in TVMucho. No VPN needed, but it costs from €8/mth or €72/year (they have 7-day trial).

Belgian channels are actually owned jointly by DPG Media (VTM) and Groupe Rossel (Le Soir) since 2022, so now they are RTL by name only.
