I disagree with you. What about german Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue; austrian Opus, etc? They were very popular too. In my opinion, if this is vh1 classic EUROPE, then this channel should show all popular european music firstly. Earlier, this channel showed Modern Talking, Bad Boys Blue and many other perfomances thanks to polish command with Jacek Fudala (fix me, if I wrote this name with mistakes). I would like the same musical variety now, especially when the channel belongs to Pay TV.

PS: MTV management IMHO failed badly, having so rich archives, they could easily start something like iTunes or Netflix for music videos. If they would do that let's say 10 years ago, now they could be bigger than YouTube.
I remember closed MTV Adria. I watched this channel in 2016-2017 very often. In 2015-2017 they increased their musical base in Party Zone, Chill Out Zone, Alternative Nation. Many videos from these blocks have bad quality on youtube, some of these clips are not available on the internet. Unfortunately, they decide to close this channel...
P.S. In my opinion, two best VIACOM's music channels from last 5-6 years were : VH1 Polska (before october 2015) and MTV Adria (before july 2017)

The channel must be withdrawn from the UK into another country. Otherwise, the clips base will not get better than now. British VIACOM can't make quality music channels at last decade.

Maybe MTV will appear instead of VH1 Classic on MTV Europe's birthday (on August, 1st). But it's my prediction, I didn't see the official information about this rebranding.
By the way, VH1 Classic Europe is a last version from VH1 Classic's channels. Other versions (britain and american) were closed earlier.

They forgot to remove VIVA's logo. Now 14:24 CET and logo VIVA in still on Comedy Central channel. Comedy Central Austria have the same technical problems too. Also austrian version broadcasts without word "austria" under logo.

May 29, 2018 MCM Top Russia changed the logo and titles. Now design is similar to new france design, which was started on MCM France and MCM Top France in October 2017.
Also I heard that MCM Top France added new program - Top Gold - popular clips of 90s and 00s. So now MCM Top France have part of died MCM Pop France.
Since 2018 MCM Top France is existing only in HD version.
MCM France (usual version, not "Top") renamed their music programs:
Ultra Tubes -> Don't Stop the Music
Ultra Electro -> Electro
Sertifie Classique-> Classic Rap
There are screenshots from new MCM Top Russia. Sometimes their new design have some technical problems. For example, old clips straps and old "a suivre/далее" with new logo (see screenshots):

Main difference in mtv adria between RS and SI-HR is "airing delay" between these. Usually this delay was no more than 5-10 minutes.
But sometimes serbian feed was not similar to slovenian-croatian.For example, once night (in autumn 2016) serbian feed showed "end or orgy" with MTV strap, but slovenian-croatian feed ignored this video.
