  1. Thanks @Mr. Orbita

    Advanced monitoring featires like IQScan2, CIRScan, CarEsNo not implemented yet for CXD2878.  Now implemented for old CXD2820R and IQScan2 for Silabs.

    BTW: @crazycat - how's the situation under Linux? Are 5930/5530 able to do a blindscan with any tool?

    But i thinks same bugs with m66rs6060 on this TBS USB devices,

    DVB-T/T2 and DVB-C in 5590V2 fails too with messages:

    • AV2018 read  error! Check your i2c implementation and/or i2c address for the AV2018!!
    • Terrestrial tuner HW init error!
    • Error: sony_integ_Initialize failed. (ERROR_NOSUPPORT)

    Both 5590 HW version have same USB ID, so first attempt detect Silabs-based box (first two messages) and next detect Montage/Sony-based box.

    Look like 5590V2 with CXD6822 -  fixed in new test build + SR in AirScan result

    With FFTScan - results are the same as in 5530 and 5930 - nothing readable.

    BlindScan (BLScan2) finds 0 frequencies (for Hot Bird - this took nearly 15 minutes).

    Attempt to lock directly any frequency with a known SR/FEC - fails too (no lock).

    BLScan2 depend from FFTScan (first stage before blindscan search on detected peaks).

    P.S. Ter/cable also supported for 5530, 5230, 5590 (RFScan2, AirScan for Crazyscan2). IQScan, CIRScan not implemented yet

  4. Good news :)

    Old Non-BDA interfaces:
    * New: Dev_TTBudget.dll
    – need drv. 2.19h (28.11.2006)
    – you have to copy “ttlcdacc.dll” (ver. >= 2.19.8.1) into ..\AltDvb\Devices\
    – tested with S2-3200

    * Dev_SkyStar2:
    – fixed DiSEqC command when using driver >= 4.4.0
    – built without VCL

    Dev_TTBudget.int, Dev_SkyStar2.int not found.

    Look like device driver interface was extended comparing with 2.2 and and BDA2 interface not work propertly

  5. STm release STiD135 LLA sources with BSD 3 license.

    Scan capabilities now restriced (just slow blindscan like STV090x). Initial support in StreamReaderEx present for 6903x (more simple variant with two RF inputs and two logical tuners for maximum capabilities)

  6. TBS windows drivers (BDA) support proprietary interface for MIS/PLS control (used in own TBS-IP, TBS-Recorder and some popular DTV players like ProgDVB, DVBDReam, SmartDVB, ALTDvb with my BDA2 ). Some another app can work via my StreamReaderEx-BDA (which can work directly with tuner/demod chips via I2C-calls or use some restricted driver functions).

    DVBViewer/TranseEdit developers discard using advanced vendor APis for DVB-S2 MIS/PLS. Only use some semi-generic DVB-T2 PLP control if BDA drivers support it (for russian users). This very close to linux V4L DVB drivers, where  very popular my semi-standard method "pack" MIS+PLS support to single driver property for substream selection (like PLP  for DVB-T2). This supported in many linux DTV applications (99%), but another "idiots" from DD and official V4L DVB want introduce separate driver property for PLS control (gold code). So this very strange stories, maybe ralated to DTT providers which not want wide sharing DTT contribution reception from satellites :) But show must go on and no way stop it :)

  7. So it became clear for me that traffic is ongoing and my problem is that I've got no access. What I did? I disabled all network adapters except of TAP and voila :D

    I'm able to play stream by Media Player Classic HC with: udp://@228.1.1.1:10002

    Maybe need set TAP IP in url ? some like udp://10.10.10.10@228.1.1.1:10002

    P.S. 8K stream in HEVC ? Hardware HEVC decoding not work ?

  8. So IP is multicast, but MAC some strange.

    Anyway must work as @Mr.Orbita describe - UC PID & MAC. But multicast container can be some new for 8K, maybe some new HEVC codes ? :)

    P,S, Look like 84" for 8K is some [beep]ing budget option :) I still have 42" FHD with passive 3D option :) See some 50-60" UHD LED panels and this some garbage :)
