Screenshot show that EBS Pro cannot get access to file C:\Users\werner\AppData\Roaming\EBSPro\EBSPro.log - EBS Pro is trying to save some text data to log file, maybe about some other crash/error. Do You have Windows Vista or higher? Or Windows XP?

    I use Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit

I can only guess that switching between Tuner B and Tuner A is problem. For me if I run any application on Tuner B and then I will close it - 6983 will crash and I need to disable 6983 and then enable again from Devices Manager to get it back to work.

yes same problem i have too the errors appears only at new start of EBSpro after a TBS crash so i must restrt windows to fix it

I got new problem with 6983, but not sure what is the reason. Too high RF Level? Cannot lock most frequencies with CrazyScan with BlindScan enabled in IQ Window. If I disable it and select correct SR - it will lock. Also blindscan in main window find notning, but if BlindScan2 is enabled - everything is OK. In other apps also everything OK - only latest CrazyScan & latest StreamReaderEx-BDA with BlindScan. Tested on all drivers from 1.0.0.2. Not sure when it started to failing for me :(

up and on i have same problem but i can`t reproduce it

switching between TBS6983 Tuner A/B to TBS5925 and back is ok

    tested with EBSpro 12.3.0.0 Streamreader 1257 and 1260 Driver for TBS9683 1.0.0.5 and 1.0.0.6

working with Crazyscan (1.0.2.118)simultaniously on both Tuners of TBS9683 and switching between TunerA and B is ok

  3. Hello Mr Orbita, Hello Crazycat

i contact TBS with this Sympol Rate bug and 2 other questions

please look what the answer from support

    1. at scanning different satellites i see any transponders with lower SR (under 2000)and signal is always strong (10-15 db SNR)but the time to lock this transponders takes to long time to list it on the blindscan list(at direct tunining mode is this irrelevant)

Answer:Low SR with long time to scan is not a problem, ST's chip design for this,we can't change. And all demodulators will need longer time to scan.

    2. SR rate is shown every time to low f.e.27500 is shown 27494 the greater the SR the more deviation

Answer:The SR 27494 seems more accurate , 27500 just for easy to remember, because the SR number reader from the Chip's register, not control by software.

3.support for interconnect tuner A with Tuner B

Answer:The hardware design for exchange Tuner A and Tuner B, need software support, we will follow such demand,if it necessary .

    Thanks!
